Basket Creations by Marisue is happy to customize all gift baskets. All gift baskets can be
personalized for the recipient according to the holiday or occasion to create an
unforgettable gift. We will work with your budget, just let us know how we can we can serve
you. This site shows only a sampling of the many gift basket designs Basket Creations by
Marisue can offer.
Privacy Policy
We respect your privacy! We do not share, sell, rent or trade your personal information with
anyone. Shopping with us through our secure website is safe, all information is encrypted
protecting against disclosure to third parties.
Guarantee
All products ordered from Basket Creations by Marisue are covered by a 100% guarantee
policy. If you are not completely satisfied with a product, simply return it within 10 days for a
no-hassle exchange or return. We will replace or refund 100% of the purchase price by check
or credit to your credit card, depending on your original payment method. Exchange/returned
products - Items must be in original, undamaged (unopened) packaging. For return address
information, please call or email us for instructions. SHIPPING AND HANDLING FEES, IF
APPLICABLE, ARE NOT REFUNDABLE. Your complete satisfaction is our goal.
Substitution Policy
It is our intention to have ample supply of product and containers on hand to service your
needs. However, if we are out of a particular item, we reserve the right to substitute a similar
product of equal or greater value.
Alcoholic Beverages
We do not have a liquor license, therefore we cannot sell alcoholic beverages. We will be
happy to include sparkling champagne or white grape juice in your celebrations baskets. We
also use the "FRE" wines in our baskets or if you call the local liquor store and order the
beverage of your choice, we will pickup it up (nominal fee) and add to the gift basket for you.
However we do not offer this service on same day deliveries due to the time factor.
Discounts
We offer a 15% discount to all military personnel, all clergy and all teachers. Just give us your
location in the comments section of the order form or let us know when you call. We also
offer discounts for corporate orders of 10 baskets or more.
Delivery
We provide same day deliveries to the DFW area, due to the increase in cost of gas, effective
05/01/2006, we are charging a $10.00 fee for deliveries in the Irving, Las Colinas areas only.
All other metroplex areas will be charged a flat rate of $17.50 within a 25 mile radius of
Irving/Las Colinas. We also provide express shipping, call us for rates. If you have any
questions regarding delivery, please call 972-871-2275.
